![]() ![]() Overall, Pharah is a good backline character, able to harass enemies from afar, deal good damage to shields, and separate the enemy team from each other. Barrage is one of the most dangerous ultimate abilities in the game, able to wipe out entire teams with ease, provided good setup and communication with your healers. Concussive Blast deals damage, and provide strong knockback both to enemies and Pharah herself. This can be used to keep her away from threats on the ground, but will leave her vulnerable to enemies with "hitscan" attacks, such as Soldier: 76, Cassidy, and Widowmaker. The Hover Jets, her passive, allow Pharah to sustain her altitude and gain a small amount of height. Jump Jet launches Pharah high in the air, allowing her to properly position herself for well-angled attacks, or to escape from danger. ![]() Her Rocket Launcher can dish out excellent damage, as it does not suffer from damage falloff and deals splash damage upon impact. Pharah is a hero with excellent aerial mobility, but is somewhat crippled by staying on the ground. In violation of the suspension, Blackwatch agents, including McCree, scouted the area, and provided intel on Null Sector's fortifications. While this was going on, the King's Row Uprising occurred. The division and its agents were placed under suspension. One year later, Blackwatch came under scrutiny after the Japanese government issued a complaint. The team members who took part in the operation were sidelined, if only temporarily. The investigations revealed the existence of O'Deorain's illicit research within Overwatch, and the organization disavowed any knowledge of her. As the UN investigation proceeded, public distrust swelled. Governments called on the United Nations to shut down the "aggressive and repeated violations of many countries' sovereignty." A special UN committee launched a lengthy and highly secretive investigation into the claims. There were stories of assassination, coercion, kidnapping, torture, and worse. The existence of Blackwatch was revealed to the world. What they didn't escape, however, was the media scrutiny that came with it. The assassination set off the Talon guards to their presence, but the Blackwatch agents were able to escape with their lives. Upon reaching Bartalotti, Reyes ended up shooting him after being told that due to his connections, he could easily escape justice if brought in. In what became known as the Venice Incident, they infiltrated Bartalotti's manor, killing or incapacitating numerous Talon guards. Shortly after, Reyes sought retribution for the incident, deploying himself, McCree, Genji Shimada, and Moira O'Deorain on a mission to capture Bartalotti. Having avoided the explosion due to leaving the building moments earlier after meeting with Lacroix, Gabriel Reyes and Jesse McCree rushed back inside to rescue anyone they could find, with Reyes carrying out Lacroix. However, an undercover Talon agent infiltrated the building and planted a bomb in an attempt to assassinate Lacroix though Lacroix survived the attack, 14 Blackwatch agents and personnel were killed (or at least the ones that their remains could be recovered). I can't help but wonder if that's where it all started to go wrong.Įight years before the present day, Gérard Lacroix had just newly established a Blackwatch facility in Rome as part of an operation to bring down Antonio Bartalotti, a high-level Talon affiliate based in Venice. New faces stepped up to fill the void in Talon. For the first time, people knew we were out there. Blackwatch's existence was kept a secret from the public, but there were always rumors of Overwatch carrying out black ops missions. ![]()
